.... Just got to watch the show, it's hilarious no doubt but I wish it can be longer than thirty minutes .

It's a damn hilarious show . Ash is just dumb and he takes everything for granted. Episode 4 is still the weakest of all the episodes, I wish to see more of El jefe (episode 1) in subsequent episodes

This series is very silly and I LOVE IT.


The beauty of it is the stupidity and carelessness of ash. The guy is really dumb.

I disagree....just because one episode isn't as expected doesn't mean it will get canned.... The reason why this episode was like this is because its like the conclusion of episode 4......remember it is a 30mins show... Next episode will be nice....let's watch out.

Episode 6 is the bomb....After watching I have some questions;

1. That demon from the fire at the begining of this episode knew Ruby (The white lady), so is ruby also a demon? Because when the demon dragged her into the fire they both disappeared.
2. Why is the book attracted to the necklace given to Pablo? What relationship do both the book and the necklace have in destroying or creating more evil?
3. Is it just me or did anyone else notice that Pablo is being friend zoned?
4. Just like walking dead, another dumb boy runs straight into a battle between a demon and the black cop...Seriously that part got me pissed off...He would have survived if he stayed in the toilet...

You guys should also share your thoughts.

They jumped the gun a little early... maybe season 2 will get better, but even so, going by Starz habit of axing their dramas, 'Ash Vs Evil Dead' future looks bleak indeed.

If subsequent episodes keep getting better with more witty dialogue, blood and gore well Ash vs evil dead may stay for another season but if they keep bringing up episodes like episode 4&5 I won't be surprised if it ends abruptly.
Some fans on their Facebook page are even complaining that the 30 minutes show time is too short.

Yeah the 30 minutes show time is just too short...This should be the shortest series I have ever watch...yes it is interesting but they should have made it up to at least 40minutes like other series do.

Now, I'm not trying to defend 'Ash Vs Evil Dead' cuz personally, I think the show sucks, but it's length shouldn't be frowned upon, cuz a typical comedy rarely ever exceeds an half hour mark.

I agree with you. It's very difficult to keep up with comedy for over an hour especially when it's a series. I like the pace of ash vs evil dead and 30 minutes length makes me to want more which is exactly what I think the Sam raimi and his team are trying to achieve.
