In fact, ALL the universities and polytechnics in Nigeria should be investigated. With all the mighty allocations to these institutions, no befitting infrastructures. No basic need like potable water. You see the VCs, Rectors and their bursars building state of the art edifices for themselves with looted funds from the schools.

Most lecturers coerce students to bribe (in cash or kind) in order to pass their courses.

Prof. Batho's tenure in UNN needs to be thoroughly investigated. He obviously had disastrous outing in the institution.

The minister said government had received numerous complaints against the governing councils and management of some institutions and resolved to set fact-finding committees to determine the veracity of the claims and give appropriate recommendations.

The institutions include the Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Federal University Kashere, Gombe State, University of Abuja, FCT and UNIVERSITY OF NSUKKA, Enugu state.

Others are Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State and University of Calabar, Cross River State.

its our school but its bad when it comes to unecessary increament of fees and one even has to pay some fees again to collect a scool fees receipt. And now frist years have to buy laptops whether they already have one or not. I don't know about the sex part though.

we used to complain about Batho and cud not wait for him to go, but Ozumba seems to be worst. He's not done anything beyond adding and multiplying fees for students.

Pls come to the tertiary health institutions too o!

The list is not complete without Offa Poly where lecturer request for money before they could approve project topic for final year students. Please this need to be looked into.
