There was an explosion last night around 8:30pm at Lafenwa, Itele road (around Ota), Ogun State. The gas container actually fell off the back of the truck due to bad access to its scheduled delivery point. The truck burnt down completely & some neighbouring buildings were also affect by the fire. Thankfully, it claimed no lives. See more photos after the cut...

Nigerian made I guess, cos I learnt the original or imported gas trucks don't explode. And I have seen such during the apapa explosion where bomb was detonated close to a gas truck with the expectation it would have ripple effect but to my surprise the truck got burnt but the truck cylinder was safe. SON have work to do
