...Thousands of people has died from Boko Haram attacks including our Gallant Military fighting the war, properties has been destroyed and so many people displaced, yet nobody heard of anyone being compensated. I think the common man is looked down on...And our judiciary system favours the rich.

BH victims can sue the FG the NPF and NA for not not carrying out their responsibilities.

Out of court settlement is done if there is a strong feeling that a case will be won against.

If Thisday wins a case in court against f,f, damages awarded would be much...And also considering the withholding of the newspapers
