World class is defined as something that meets international standards (of certification), and conforms to a certain level which costs more in overhead expenses (of construction) and which is designed, implemented and utilized based on the aforementioned.

A world class market is under construction in PH, along the Aba expressway around Market junction.

Digital clock
LED perimeter advertising board
Daesso GrassMaster
HD broadcasting cameras
Underground drainage system?

The stadium still lacks some facilities to be called world class.
