Help Am a young guy in his teenage days Who is already suffering from Hypertension, yesHypertension as odd has it seems I have hit as high as 148 before, all efforts by doctors to bring it down have proved abortive my lowest still is 128 which is far from the average human which is120 please help!!!!!!!!

No, I don't mean your last days. In fact all I know about those numbers there are just off of google. But I'm sure you'll find your way.

avoid too much groundnuts oil,
eat more of Fibre and vegetables including fruits.
do exercise everyday
reduce intake of salts, Palm oil.
avoid all fatty foods especially fast food, meat pie.
be happy always.
try and sleep.
high BP is not good for the body, it destroy some vital organs in the body.
please if you are fat, try and shed some weight. but if it's still persist consult a good cardiologist, and also visit your eye doctor let him know you have high BP. also check your blood sugar.

Usually if hypertension starts in a young person, there's a secondary cause. And usually treating it like primary hypertension doesn't improve the condition significantly.

I think you should focus on what's causing the hypertension rather than on bringing it down. I'm sure you were asked to run a few tests or something.
