I feared so. Then it probably gets to the MOD in charge to do the right thing and hide it totally. Sigh

Pro-Biafra AND Anti-Biafra posts with an aim to rile people up should be hidden and users banned. It's a tricky thing to do as some of these posts look harmless. However clear violations of NL's rule 2 should be heavily dealt with.

There is no discrimination against the Igbo on this board. Stop playing the blame game. All kinds of people have been banned from every ethnic group, for diverse kinds of reasons. Allowing people to voice their feelings means that those 'voicing' such feelings, have a responsibility to do so with respect and decorum, in a manner devoid of rancour. Why is that so hard for some people to understand?

While i agree with you dat people should voice their feelings responsibly with respect and decorum, it is also worthy of note dat not everyone of Igbos make such reckless statements and so its not right for anyone to ban them from fighting for what they believe using this medium!
Secondly about discrimination, as non Igbo and non Yoruba, i have been on the sidelines reading messages from the Igbos and Nigerians the hate is real maybe online but i doubt if it has not gone beyond that. Some of the igbos who make those reckless statements are provoked to do so though some easily fall for such provocation and type trash! but the igbos alone should not be punished for such, depriving them of their rights to air their views on matters affecting them as a people here is wrong, To me this will only promote hatred between the igbos & other tribes

I think you shouldn't have come up with the rule in the first place, u could have applied different ways of managing the issue of Biafra, besides there are rules already in place which when properly enforce would have manage the hate speech, incitement of a tribe against the other and all manners of violence! Besides non of the pro Biafra thread hits the front page and anyone caught breaking of the rules can be ban without causing problems or making u seem to be against the rights to self determination!

To start with, it makes no difference to me what part of Nigeria you claim and I don't even remember assigning to you any tribe in Nigeria.
