Nearing more than two months, we are on the verge of making history with longest fuel scarcity ever. Except for war situation, we are the most rugged people on earth when it come relying on hopes that may not come. More problems coming from no power supply and you are left with nothing but to choose between buying fuel at 87naira with N50 on 5litres, 100 on 10litres, N200 on 20liters, and N500 on 30liters as penalty fee for buying with a jerrycan respectively. How logical is it to pay penalties for buying on jerrycan when the government knows most industries rely on fuel to survive. Sometimes when the scarcity bits harder, you pay more. When you ask they say that is how they pay it (that is how customers pay without asking questions). However, where are the penalty fees going to?
1. The PPMC,
2. The PPRA,
3. The Marketing Companies,
4. The Station Manager, or
5. The Petrol Attendants
Which government agency is responsible for stopping this.

How much time you spend in traffic, at filling station; how much time you spend getting things together for the next day's work, your family, your personal life is not an issue to Nigerian government. in fact it is meaningless: I can confidently say that they usually say ' No be Nigerians; them go survive.

if we do not have enough power supply, must it be that we must pay penalty for what is not our cause without asking questions? even at filling stations people ignorantly negotiate how much the fuel attendant will charge as penalty for buying fuel to use to add to the country's value chain. We are willing to have somebody else slice our skin with us begging them to cut little. Even in death we are willing to die softly. how laughable!

Don't forget that you must pay for bills whether you use it or not: taxes, multiple taxes and penalties for offences you have not commited

I don't even what to say here oh...
But I know God is in perfect control.. We as a people must return to God. That is the only solution to this nightmare we are experiencing.
When leaders don't care about the welfare of its citizens.. It's oftentimes a rod of correction from God.
Read your Bible if you have one. Ps. 106:41 gives us a clue.

lai mohammed said on 2nd December:

”We can confidently announce here today that the scarcity will end in a few days. Subsidy payment till the end of the year has been approved by the National Assembly. As you know we can’t spend money without approval,” the Minister said during a visit to the headquarters of the Daily Trust newspaper in Abuja on Wednesday"

If you don't give this govt time, you are calling for more disaster. Allow them pass their first budget before you castigate them.

I have never seen this kind of deafening silence from the masses before. Despite all the hardship this government has subjected them to, nobody is talking, our media houses have gone mute, no protesting masses and all the activists' mouths have been left ajar without anything being said and heard.
But if it were GEJ, crowds would have been rented and instigated to take to the streets and people flexing their buccal muscles and writing anyhow.
