A lot of weaknesses shown by past administrations was due to their individual -interest and investments in the OIL-BUSINESS.

You're talking rubbish. If Camp 5 had been destroyed and Tompolo and his boys uprooted by Obasanjo as you ignorantly claim, then there would have been no need for Yar'Adua to appease them with Amnesty. Think.
