I watched the match live. The match had 2 extra overtimes. The ist overtime finished at 110-110 so you should have won the bet assuming they din't want to add the 2nd overtime. I think that's an error, but you will notify them b4 they will be aware.

Those customer care people are just olodos they wil keep droping ur calls. dnt mind them.

Hope you note , and . In my earlier post? They mean different thing.

Using your reference game as you stated, the normal time score is 103:103 so if you played over215.5 as you said then it is a lost bet.

Had you played Over215,5 , you would have won cos the overtime scores will be counted with it.
