Depends on your location.... Most times it's fast at my location , though it gets awfully slow at times

Ignorance is dealing with you.
For your information, Airtel charges twice of your usage rate, so technically this Glo is far cheaper.

We are indeed suffering and smiling in this country. How can i do 1.5G for 1k and it wont last 15-17days when i can still do 4.5G at 2.5k
wch will last complete 30days.

Even them know wetin dem dey do na. mtseeeew

I'd prefer MTN 1gig to any other network...
Glo is the worse network for data services, so unreliable. You might find urself without data services for hours when u need it most.
Airtel? Kai don't go dia, although the network is ok(averaging 120kb/s) but the way they charge for their data services is just too much(triple charge).

So at the end I settle for MTN, the network is quit good anywhere I go(averaging 400kb/s)

Maybe your location has a poor network, check out the Data Activation Codes for MTN, GLO, Airtel, Ntel and Etisalat

I've used both and I think it depends on the location. I was only getting 3G on my phone when using etisalat but I'm now getting H+ on glo. H+ also mean 3.5G

Thanks, I guess its about location...ill find a glo user around me and ask questions

A beg Etisalat na baba ogbonge gidigba. I was disappointed when I went back to Glo data plan. It was a very bad experience. I went back to Etisalat.

ill probably stay put with etibaba, they should provide cheaper plans for folks sha

Abatsam111:

Your location dictates the speed.
For Example, Glo is the fastest in my area, but when i get to another area, it may become slowish.

I think that might be the reason, glo been once show me pepper for abuja. I got 3gb for N1000, I couldn't make use of even 500mb..Twas a bad experience, I visited port harcourt and my cousins glo was so fast

Kyase:

Etisalat is the fastest but when it comes to downloading, airtel is the boss.

I don't do a lot of downloads, I guess i'll stick with etisalat.

Viktor1983:
What's the speed compared to etisalat? any one used both networks before?
You can't even compare both. Glo 3.5G aka H+ connection can not match etisalat 2G/ Edge. Glo is simply too slow and most times you won't have network on your phone.

Airtel is not any boss to etisalat when it comes to downloading. Maybe Airtel can boss Glo but certainly not etisalat. The only ish with etisalat is their data is too costly.
