LET'S DINE ON HAPPY SHORES

I hear the roaring tides peaking from distant
shores
on the littorals of the vast open ocean
Summoning our strides where the tranquil shores
abide
No more to cry on this Calvary of beautiful sins
All straying cares to thaw by the pulpit at Bethel
And our spoilt world will be washed and
fragranced
From the rubbles that mamaguy our pristine
dreams
the very rues by which our smiles were
imprisoned
Where in dribs and drabs we flaked like swirling
dirts and dust molecules
Now, the knell calls by the milky shores
Stab all regrets and be free like a flirty bird
Here comes our Shiloh where proud heads
mellow..
no veal will mar the creamy joys from our happy
lungs
That echo Felicity like the old ebullient gong
Man is time, time is man
Play the lyre and the merimbals
And spar the air with curious jumps of delight
Like a happy king swirling his colourful regalia.
