globacom network now charge arbitrarily. imagine making few calls and u can't call again.when credit is yet to be exhausted.

just want to know if other GLO user experience same. and possible cause.?? customer Care b claims it must have been from data charges. but I'm on GLO bis

You probably are using the plan that doubles or tripples your recharge, I don't know what the plan is called.

Dial #100# to the glo plan you are

that's not totally true .your package should be on bumper plan or those pack that gives 100% bonus to call any network. in most cases glo at their discretion migrate. customers to such plan with or without their consent in line with their terms and conditions. These conditions are found at their website ,,leaflet e.t.c

I'm on the same plan 'G-gbam extra' but the call rate isn't consistent. Sometimes the charge is normal & sometimes confusing.

I experience dis arbitrary charging too but dat was whn i was falling for all dr awoof lik free tmrw, now it's simply glo gbam and i mak call as low as 11k per sec.d funny thing is d code *223*pin# wil give u "double"ur recharge but charge u double.gives "Mb" but ur account will b paused making it difficult Fr u to browse.

GLO plan is like giving you a chicken and later take cow from you.

if you have activated *200# for those double bonuses, your airtime will be charge funnily even if its Gbam extra you're on. simply dial *201# to deactivate it and enjoy the rates according to your plan.
