it cnt happen in Naija coz the security around wont allow d person move closer to d presido but if it eventualy happen, na hot bullet go rain in d head of dat person.

If it was in Nigeria, the army would have checked if the teenager has a ring on his hand. Then the ring would be called a weapon and the slap an assassination attempt. Just like the way catapults, sticks and stones held by some of the Shiites became objects of assassination on the army chief who was heavily guarded by well armed soldiers.
