When the battery (economy) of a car gets bad and you don't fix or replace it, other parts won't work and over time, it gets depreciated, obsolete and damaged but the moment you get a new ba3 the car springs back to life with minimum touch here and there but I don't see that in Nigeria.

Well, we absolutely cannot compare them in a normal situation. But GEJ was a 'PHD' holder without experience and leadership qualities and for PMB, i don't know where you want to put his certificates from the War Colleges in both England and the USA. GEJ was an example of what a PHD holder is not supposed to be.

1) if we can't compare them in normal situation, then ur rule is not normal. 2) what type of certificate did PMB obtain from those war college? Chose from the bracket (OND, HND, Degree, masters). 3) do you mean that a PhD holder is not suppose to be a president?
