To the best of my knowledge, there is no way you can get a SOR without your dpt carrying your results to the senate for approval....It is when the senate has done that, then you will be able to process any SOR. Like I said,it's just to the best of my knowledge oooo, I may be wrong tho!

Visit the NYSC section homepage and search for the state's thread you're looking for.
Note that the threads are created for each batches.

What I think will happen is that, you might not likely meet Batch A.

You can go to the Student's Affairs now, meet with a staff there or go with a staff, explain to them the situation of things.

If the result can be approved and sent to SA within the period NYSC gives for uploading, then they can give u special pardon and uploads yours.
