Having a child out of wedlock means that the parents aren't married to each other. This means any or a combination of adultery and fornication have taken place, which is a sin in religious circles. The reason why bastâds and their parents were shamed throughout history is because society wants to avoid the proliferation of the phenomenon. Now that our society celebrates it it's obviously becoming a trend. You might understand this but haging children out of a wedlock is a major problem. 80% of prisoners around the world grew up without father. Let that sink on for a minute who you're trying to show how funky you are.

Funky bawo? Am not just sin conscious. People do whatever they do for whatever reason(s). I just wanted to know whether the word bastard is in the Bible.

That being said. So does it mean that because all sinners will perish (regardless of your sins) then means you should strangle your neighbour to death simply because he offended you, with the notion that all sins are equal before God?

all sins can never be equal..d way all crimes can never be equal.
Its not any crime that takes you to prison is it? Some attract fine while others community service some long jail term. I like to think of heaven as operating in almost a similar fashion.. Nobody is actually sinless or spotless.
I guess it would just be upto what degree you had sinned and the severity of the sin.
That been said, killing your neighbour and me lieing to my boss should never attract the same punishment in a fair situation. So i dont necessarily believe that all sinners must perish.. I think there will be a small safety mark..
As humans where not made to be sinless.. That even the creator is aware of..so it is impossible to find a pure saint.

Oga, all this sin-consciousness is all new age funkiness. . CE, I believe. . But that's not even the point. The point is about retaining the moral fabric of society. Without our moral codes, it all descends into anarchy. You can refuse to be sin-conscious all you want, but if you or those around you are being robbed regularly you'll become criminal or crime conscious.

Yes, Premarital sex is wrong. But the difference, however, is that these ones are proudly and brazenly celebrating wrongdoing. They even feel honored to be accorded a "baby mama" title.

Not like everyone else doesn't sin, on the contrary, wrongdoing and illegitimacy should not be celebrated and/or promoted.
