Some states in nigeria are really in Stone Age, all those states with little reports just don't know about it not that crime rate there is less, and Lagos got such percentage due to how civilized and updated people living there are

This yeye complaint people. I told them about Police extorting in my area and they were asking for video evidence after they forced me to drop my phone number. The extortion is still going on even as we speak. Rubbish people

Lagos definitely has to be the largest. Every tribe is in that city. If your tribe aint represented in lagos, it does not exist. grin

It should also be noted that some of the other states have inadequate or poor Police services.

If borno is so low then I wonder if Boko Haram is a charity organisation.

Secondly the period reported is grossly unrealistic. They should report for the entire year and not just a month.
