Yes a 17years old can do it.. D site opens when its time for anoda interview nd closes when the interview is finishd.(jxt guessing.).. Bt am sure it wuld b opened by next year

international passport, yellow card, birth certificate, original waec result, medical certificate of fitness.. Etc... These are the most important ones.. U can browse on other site to see more.

pls is it necessary for pg applicants to come to the interview with transcripts and international passport or provide them when you are called?

You should be able to use it. But if you write last year it would be out by this time. Authentication comes after nomination.
