It is indicated on the offers wall displayed on your dashboard offers that are InCENTIVES and non- INCENTIVEs..

INCENTIVE OFFERS
Incentive offers are offers which you can promote by bribing people to take action..I said bribing yes its bribing sha.. Being more explanatory they are offers you promote by rewarding people with some sort of valuble credits after taking action. It could be cash, points,virtual currencies, sharing a secured info..etc. It is straightforward and direct.
As ABC,

you refer people to your link to take the particular action required and when they do you pay/reward them with the specified or agreed price.. You understand this right?

What you reward your audience could really be cheap(though valuable still). It all depends on how valuable it is to the person who will want to take action. Irrespective of the offer, anybody may want to complete the supposed action just to get that your reward. Whatever you choose as a reward should serve a dual purpose of a bait too.. You are in business, need I explain

You see this is another factor that makes making money with CPA dead easy but you won't knoW if you don't know.. Just locate the right audience out there and create the awareness that anybody that completes a certain action(base on the kind of offer you promote) will be rewarded with whatever you have kept in place to reward them.. each time you get a notification that an offer has been completed you quickly rush to your cpa account to check if the lead has been accounted for and your funds credited to your account.. After confirming that you then go ahead to approve the persons action and reward the person.... Simple!

Conistently repeating this process and getting more people to take action will just have you making that money on the go..Its a GIG, this's how I made my first dollar on CPA.. Told you I never had to use a website..

Moving ahead-
Now the most pouplar of the rewards type is cash. How do you do it?

Let's say the offer you promoting pays $1.50(could even be more than that) per lead.. All you have to do is invest $0.30 from the payout to pay visitors as rewards if the take action and you pocket the remaining $1.20.. You see that? But you must first make sure the offer is an incentive offer(and indicates it accepts cash incentives) else the lead 'll not be counted.. You could find good number of Incentive offers on AdWORk and CPAWay.. You could make the pay even higher to attract your audience but make sure run in profit(you definitely will).

However like I said earlier, its not only cash you can reward with.. Points, virtual currencies,codes,game cheats, important info's etc ..

Non- INCENTIVE Offers

This are the organic CPA offers. The usual offers you can/should promote the usual way. You are not permitted to promote these offers using incentives. If an offer is not indicated to be incentive then just know it is Non-incentives..you still make money so long required action is completed whether directly or not directly.. It really doesn't change a thing. Its all about the traffic..

So check your offers again, is it an Incent or Non -incent?

Your screenshot shows the first page that displays as you logged in to your acct I quess,
On your dashboard, hover your mouse on campaingns,click,select email submits/zip submit offers... Then you can select offers of your chioce to promote from the list of offers that'll be displayed..

I always encounter problem on crakrevenue on the 3rd stage(payment information) especially the tax issue what did you fill there or you left it unfilled
