Assnal now play by parking the bus
Tell your filosohfee coach to play parking the bus, maybe it will reduce the amount of frustration and gnashing of teeth your fellow scummies are daily subjecting themselves to on that your manure thread.

Upon all your possession football that your coach is forcing your team to play, teams like Norwich and Bournemouth are your masters so far this season.

For those mouthing Oxlade off, should remember this is the same Oxlade who scored against Chelsea in the Community Shield trophy game at the start of this season.

The same Oxlade that Mourinho was boasting about he would snatch from Arsenal should we even make an attempt for Petr Cech.

Oxlade might not be at his optimal best at the moment, and I would have blasted him off too, but history has taught me never to do such with the example of Ramsey whom I used to call Ramshit on this board.
Same oxlade who scored a solo goal against Man utd in the FA Cup last season.

I think he just needs a good run of games to get his confidence back.

That manure thread makes the Book of Lamentation in the bible feel like a kindergarten story in comparison.

How so-called grown men can be wailing that every blessed minute much befuddles my mind.

One scumtwat in Nigeria even woke up as early as 06:30am on a Sunday morning, logged onto the Manure thread and started cussing van Gaal heavily during the transfer window. You would have thought, na van Gaal pursue am with koboko aka pashan for him dream.

Actually he did not score a solo against Manure. He did however dribble three useless manure defenders and squared the ball to Monreal who finished it off for our first goal against those scummies.

Ramsey's kinda footie is Street style, confirm gidigbo with over energy. He's everywhere, I must touch the ball kinda player.
It's his marking style that still keeps him on that pitch I Trust wenger the guy for don dey bench.
Exactly. The guy needs to start thinking less like a striker and more like a mid. I still prefer Santi over him for that cm spot.

No you can't expect Ramsey to create chances, score goals, tackle, press, pass/keep the ball and run up/down for 90 mins. Cazorla can't do half of that. You guys should free Ramsey abeg, He was immense in the middle with Flamini yesterday.

Even though Cazorla seems better in the position, we must understand that Ramsey is a different calibre of midfielder.

Ramsey pushes forward into goal scoring positions while Cazorla is more conservative.

Ramsey is less discipline in positioning. He prefers to roam, which comes as an advantage sometimes. Cazorla maintains his position religiously.

Ramsey is better at tackles and interceptions, Cazorla is better at wringling out of tight situations.

Ramsey prefers a forward pass and so suffers from lesser accuracy, Cazorla prefers the sideways pass and so has better accuracy.

Ramsey is better off the ball than Cazorla who is better on the ball.

Both are remarkably intelligent. Both are utility players.

I am very sorry but I will not allow this ridicule party of Santi degenerate past the sea of mediocrity which it is seemingly sailing towards.

I concur with your assertion that both players have different playing styles but there is absolutely no level of comparison between both in terms of "on and off the ball skill", talent, intelligence, experience, positional awareness..absolutely none..it is irrational.

Your fifth paragraph was the highlight of your bias and sentiments which I think should be rephrased (please this is a personal opinion), Infact i almost questioned your knowledge of the player Santiago Cazorla Gonzalez and I would restrict the questioning to his time with Arsenal worth more with Villareal, before suddenly rich and now poor Malaga snapped him and the Spanish U-21.

The time Ramsey expends saturating the box with runs and making irrational tackles after losing the ball or exposing the DMF because his pass timing is abysmal, Carzola creates scoring opportunities with a single pass from deep, or opens up the field of play with a single pass.. to claim Santi's pass specialties are sideways and backwards is utterly ridiculous, despicable and a nefarious comment to associate with Santi, Santi is an offensive midfielder in every aspect, granted he might not have the pace but his plays/passes are offense ladened, he has field vision which can only be rivaled by Mesut Ozil especially in the final third of offense on our current roaster.

We have watched Ramsey in Carzola's role since the absence of the latter owing to injury and the difference is very clear if we must be objective, I mean..you don't need a soothsayer to tell you we could have been punished severally especially against city last night..

I would allow others generate perspectives from your other paragraphs but I am not sure I would allow that fifth paragraph slide...no bro...noo way.

I love Ramsey..so much I celebrate his growth but please let's argue with some objective intelligence devoid of sentiments and bias.

No hard feelings bro.

Enyia, don't get me wrong.

By sideways pass, I meant that he builds attack gradually using short passes, one-two, working with others as we press.

For Ramsey, he can't build gradually and prefers that single long forward pass which often doesn't get to destination.

Check again, I mentioned that Cazorla has a better passing accuracy. Earlier I said Ramsey would do well to learn from Ozil on how to release a timely pass.

My intention with that post was for us to realise that Ramsey being Ramsey can not play exactly like Cazorla. So we should take him as he is and see some good in him instead of condemning him outrightly. By the way he is a great player.

So mehn we are on the same page.

Talking about his off the ball movements, check Ramsey's goal against Villa; after setting on Walcot on the counter, he ran the entire pitch to finish off the goal. Mehn that was brilliant. Again his missed chance against City was from his off the ball movement. Take it bro he is better in that aspect.

Nwanne'm Biko forgive me if I sounded off wrongly, i felt you excused a lot Ramsey's deficiencies while comparing him to Santi.

Again, I am not sure Ramsey has an impressive pass range especially long passes from deep as you postulate, he makes incisive runs into the area which I must admit is very difficult for opponents to contain/ track considering his runs are usually from deep and unpredictable angles and that is a weapon to have.

I do love Ramsey's growth in the game and that has everything to do with Wengers faith and patience in his talent.

This argument is going nowhere ma nigggga... The guy has admitted all d points u raised, and he even agreed Ramsay's long passes don't get delivered well at times thereby recommending he learns from ozil on timely passing. Case closed! Make una argue another thing na
