Yesterday, at the 2015 edition of the Nigerian Media Merit Awards, top media network Channels won the Best TV Station for a record 10th time. This year’s winning makes it the 6th time in a row the station has won the award, and their tenth since the first winning in 2000.

While the staff of the media network are celebrating the feat on Twitter, Nigerians have a lot to say about Channels TV.

It's been a while that I watched the programme.

To me that's the best tv station nigeria. Very mature

Channels for me is Nigeria's CNN.I don't miss their sunrise daily if I can afford not to.
