Point of Correction, Kanu wasn't aquitted. The FG withdrew the first charge that left the judge with no choice than order his release. As present, a new charge has been brought up against Kanu. On the Lebanese, I don't know why you keep mentioning him when the two cases are different. As for court ruling on election cases, parties have NO choice but to obey.

Then when they make fresh charges, he can then be rearrested!
