just today a lady told me i have to register on remita.net and generate a code then bring the code down to them before i can pay.
keystone bank said pin is not available that i should still be checking.
Our best bet is keystone because a friend of mine obtain His own form from them.

account. so all federal government institution pay
into that account through remita. and this
institutions develop a platform by which u can use
the reference number given to u by ramita. but the
problem now is that nti are yet to develop that
platform we can get the application form with the
use of the reference number we get at the remita. I
have actually paid #2350 and i was given a
reference number for the money I paid. so I have
to wait. noun is using theirs now and it's working.
