Sarcastically I have stopped eating jollof rice expect at eateries ....several ppl have once told me they can prepare jollof rice better than that of TFC, but when the deal day comes...I end up having an after taste of crayfish or ginger or garlic or nutmeg....one ingredient will dominate the whole stuff...I hope my buddies will understand when I turn down their jollof rice....i don't want to start flushing......crayfish or dryfish off my taste buds.....pls why does jollof rice sold at eateries taste different from home made...I have viewed several cooking manuals and even watched videos but those eatery jollof....surely has creativity hidden beneath it |
