I'm all for NOT criminalizing gays and lesbians because the sooner you know who is who, the better you can guide your kids to avoid them. The nephew was probably sent to stay with his uncle who hid his sexuality and then lured him to the act. Imagine if the parents knew 'Uncle' liked boys. That's the danger of Criminalizing gays/lesbians.

Criminalizing them drives them underground and they continue their activities; it does not stop it.

Criminalizing them also spreads HIV and other STDs because some get married due to society pressure and still maintain boyfriends outside the marriage.

Avoid sending your kids to boarding school. Period.

I also don't support death sentence penalty but am against murder.

well sorry if I came down on you too harsh but it is becoming annoying seeing how people ignorantly argue that same-gender sex automatically means the people involved are intrinsically homosexuals, that's a very stupid assumption to make and that is the reason why I have always seen arguments from same-sex supporters as lacking in depth and understanding of the issue of homosexuality.

People who were born heterosexual don't just wake up one morning and turn gay neither can a few acts of experimental sex turn somebody gay. There is still no empirical evidence of a gay gene, homosexuality is not natural or a natural human behavioral expression, that's a lie from the LGBT groups to mislead people into sympathizing with their perversion, it is mostly an acquired behavior from nurture (you see it and Lie to yourself that's OK and then help it grow)

Homosexuality is largely a nurtured behavior and that is the reason why it should be strongly discouraged even if it means taking punitive measures, our society and very impressionable young people like yourself who like to take westernized propaganda version of homosexuality as being natural should be properly educated on the issue first, so you don't confuse yourself with issues that you clearly see as white and black. Some things don't just happen, they start and then happen, homosexuality is one of those, it is not a happenstance, it takes nurturing to become reality.

The reason why homosexuality has grown largely in the West is because they have a political system that has helped to create an enabling environment for the behavior. A political system that forbids any politician or law maker from having a different opinion on the issue of homosexuality and same-sex marriage. A political system that ignores and prohibits any effort to finding solutions for those who have same-sex urges but want to change.

Believe it or not there are people who have same-sex urges that are so disgusted by it and want to change, there is what they call reparative medical sessions for them where they undergo sessions with a qualified Dr of reparative medicine who check their hormonal balances and all. However the very strong political LGBT groups went to the court and criminalize that process and made sure any effort at a solution is not possible, once a boy child shows symptoms of preference for barbie dolls, fiting into his sisters' clothes and all that, they just stereotype them and help them assume that they are probably either going to be transsexuals or homosexuals and nurture them that way.

People who oppose the homosexual views no longer have rights, you can't even have an intelligent discussion on the issue without liberalists, LGBT groups and their host of sympathizers trying to silence you with accusations of being ignorant like we normally see them do here or use blanket generalization and say Africans are ignorant blabla...... That it happens does not mean it's our way of life or has ever been an acceptable African behavior. No African culture I know of tolerates homosexuality even though a few people in the past may have exhibited same-sex tendencies.

So yes, if perversions like pedophilia, incestuous cohabitation, bestialiaty and even polygamy can be criminalized why will our society be accused of criminalizing homosexual behaviour. What better arguments does a homosexual in the West have than a polygamist?
