Have You Ever Experienced Chronic Toothache? What Did You Do? by Mescopaul(m): 2:48am On Dec 25, 2015
Time right now is 2:31am. I've been awake since 1am. I couldn't sleep, not with this killer pain called toothache.

I've been suffering from this dreadful pain for some time now. It disturbs my studies, talking, sleeping and almost everything around me, and more so, my christmas might not just be a jolly one cry

I've taken Ibruprofen and Amoxyl, both seems to be indifferent towards the pain, and I'm currently at loss as to what to do.

Should I see a doctor?
Should I lookout for a particular drug?
What medication should I take?

Please friends if you've ever been in my shoes before and now you've been cured, can you please educate me on what I need to do inorder to ease this pain?
Traditional or scientific method.
Anything as long as this pain goes away!

Pls help me out, I can't bear this pain on Xmas day.
May God keep us and never allow us to see pain (esp toothache - I don't think there's anything as painful as the throbbing of an aching tooth) in Jesus Name. Amen.

Happy Xhrismas, and a painfree New Year!!

First aid treatment before you go to the hospital, Use "touch and go", or use cotton wool to insert little fuel on the spot, use chelsea dry gin on the spot then visit your dentist for filling or extraction. Sorry

Get a little petrol, add small salt, stir it and dip ur finger into and put it into where the teeth pain you. you will never experience it again. Again look for a very hot hydrogen peroxide, you will never remove your teeth again.

Tips for getting relief from toothache
Having toothache during the day is no big deal as you can easily stop by at the dentists office to get relief. However if you develop toothache during the night/weekends when the office is closed, you will need the following tips to give you relief:

Warm water and salt rinse: get a small cup of warm water(not hot because hot water will trigger pain) add a leveled tea spoon of salt and stir. Then rinse your mouth with it making sure the warm solution gets to the painful tooth. You could tilt your head sideways to achieve that. The warm water gives soothing relief while the salt is antibacterial. For fast relief, you will need to rinse frequently.
Do not chew with the side of the mouth that is painful as chewing could trigger pain
Avoid hot or cold drinks as they may initiate pain.
Avoid sweet drinks or food.
You could take pain relieving drugs sold over the counter. Pills that work for pain in other parts of the body will work for toothache too. The drug should be swallowed and NOT placed on the tooth/gum because it could burn the gum/cheek causing more damage.
Oil of clove: studies have shown that this essential oil has antibacterial and analgesic(pain relieving) properties. To use, Put 2 to 3 drops in a bowl and add little olive oil. Then Place a few drops of the mixture on cotton wool and apply on the painful tooth.
Please note that the tips mentioned above are to give you temporary relief, visit your dentist as soon as possible to have him/her check out the cause of the pain and give you a permanent solution.
