When will the Nigerian Police establish a short-code dialling telephony system where people can quickly report crimes and events "ANONYMOUSLY"..?? huh

Is the identity of the caller in an emergency situation more important than the location of the emergency situation itself.??

av called it before to report an accident, d next time i call again nobody pick even till now

That's good at least..
The supposed police emergency code of 112 usually says: "the number you have dialled does not exist, please check the number and dial again"
