For some days now, I have not been able to subscribe to Glo BIS on my blackberry q10. Whenever I text “bbcmonth to 777” or dial *777*21# I keep receiving a “Sorry, you are not allowed to make this change. Kindly choose another Data Plan” reply. This has really been frustrating.

Same thing happened to me. I did a backup and security wipe.
If you will take this path, be sure you have a system with BlackBerry link installed and a good Internet connection to reload and install a fresh OS which is the latest...

@ameynuJR that's how things are u are in kano and most online shopping offices are not in kano so for u to buy anything above 20k u have to pay half the money before they can send your order down to you. I work with jumia and that's how they do there things for places we don't have offices. people think its a scam but that's how it is for jumia.

Jumia is in kano, u can order anything and pay on delivery...am not sure u work for jumia

what type of error are u getting? have u tried to check for update to BBM on BBworld...are you running the latest BB10 OS on your device?

Good day, I have a problem with my Z10. It freezes and stalls at some point in time, even when I try to restart it, it won't. It just stays as it is until I remove the battery and reinsert it.

I think it has something to do with the installation on android applications, please help.

I'm sure there will be a data plan like that but not necessarily for BlackBerry 10 devices only....it'll be available for any device type

Most people selling UK used will tell you that's what you're buying if you choose to buy a used device

Technically you're not supposed to still be able to find a new Q10 in the market again since fresh production of the device has stopped for a long time but it's not impossible

If you're interested in buying only a used device, the model number can give you an idea of the region the device was manufactured for

something red will appear on battery and
it won't
charge.
Have tried so many charger, Have even
bought playbook charger still the same
thing.
What should i do pls?

I experience same even with my new BlackBerry and charger, all I do is remove the charger from the phone and replace it back. Also, change the charger and try a good original charger
