The fact is that most of these cars are refurbished but high grade tokunbos . They go for very fair rates based on the condition of "No testing". Some are due to factory defects or pawned by people who have encountered sudden financial mishap or even credit recovery by banks

There is a reason why range rover is flooding Nigerian market.. I see them breaking down daily in lekki. In fact I have seen a range rover collide with Toyota 4runner before, the Toyota sustained only slight body damage easily repaired by panel beater.. The range could not be driven away from the scene as the axle had broken.
I don't know how this thing became a fad in naija but if you want an SUV that should work as an SUV would don't buy Range Rover. There are cheaper options with similar or better features out there..
