TooNoisy:you don't know anything you are talking about, if the most wrong you see is her's then you must still be in school. infact the only fault she has is that she is naive. If my brothers wife had been the one that fed that man for 2 months he would have been the one taking the beating by now. |

LastProphet:actually, the problem in society is people (like yourself) who dont understand English.... i certainly didnt write that it was ok for anyone to beat their partner, simply because they are married (or for whatever other reasons) |

Poverty is a terrible thing, a man loses his common sense because there is no money in his pocket, leads his wife to temptation and then brutalizes her for it. Can we just put ourselves in this lady's shoes and ask what you would do if you were the one. Now his bruised ego will not allow him reconcile with his wife, rather he is bad mouthing her about so that every other person will take sides with him instead of manning up to the situation. sooooooo sad. |

kidsam:Exactly my thoughts! Not trying to excuse the lady's acts but that silly husband is at fault here. I know how my dad misbehaved when he lost his job, just before my adolescent years. He was very brutal and harsh with his family, especially his kids. I thank God my mum wasn't a spiteful and vindictive woman cuz it would have been so easy to turn us against him. The lady should leave the marriage for now cuz her life is in danger. That man can and will kill her someday and somehow. The ironic thing is that when he does that, society will hold him blameless. |

TooNoisy:Dear, u av a right 2 ur opinion, howeva I learnt not 2 judge or condemn pple 4 dia action or inaction (especially those strugglin 2 make things wrk by all means)dey tend 2 admit all d blames n b lyk; 'am sori 4 everything let's just...'. Probably cos av met n talkd wit many women in marital crises, am not saying she is right,av not said she hasn't done sumthing wrong all am saying is dat one thing led 2 d oda n it's a two-way thing. We av grown 2 embrace dis idea of wen a man cheats he just being a man n shud b given anoda chance but wen a woman does, she shud b stoned 2 death! |
