what in the world are you all saying, yes, you can make heaven even if you sin, it is only because believers today don't understand the true concept of salvation, Mr Pastor, you stand in church weekly in Church to tell people to work out their salvation with fear and trembling, if only you knew what it means to do so, in the context, it says

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, WORK OUT your own salvation with fear and trembling.

For it is God which WORKETH IN you BOTH to WILL and to DO of his good pleasure.

it is not the duty of a believer to strive to live holy, it is an inward transformation from the spirit within him, he makes some mistakes nevertheless, this doesn't mean God would forsake him, I know you would almost crucify me for that statement but look at Hebrews 10:14

For by the one offering He has perfected forever and completely cleansed those who are being sanctified [bringing each believer to spiritual completion and maturity].

one sacrifice for all of sins for all of time, it is this reality that we know that what we do is not what determines your right standing but rather Christ is our righteousness, no believer goes to hell except if they renounce the lord which is super rare, stop putting believers today under condemnation, it is this hope that no matter what we are saved that helps us to live holy, look at
1john3:1-3

1See what an incredible quality of love the Father has shown to us, that we would [be permitted to] be named and called and counted the children of God! And so we are! For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
2 Beloved, we are [even here and] now children of God, and it is not yet made clear what we will be [after His coming]. We know that when He comes and is revealed, we will [as His children] be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is [in all His glory].
3 And everyone who has this hope [confidently placed] in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure (holy, undefiled, guiltless).

even when we fall in sin we don't lose our eternal salvation, because the salvation is eternal and the righteousness cannot be sinned away.

look at Hebrews 9
12neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained ETERNAL REDEMPTION for us.
and Daniel
24Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Before any one writes another long story just to agree with me can they answer these questions?

1.Can they be sure that they can live a perfect life without sins?

2.If they fal into sin tomorrow and pray for forgiveness will God forgive them?

3. Ok given the fact that it is a bad nature to crave for sin,does this prevent us from still falling to sins?

Please i want pweople to stop jumping to conclusions and read my write up deeply.

A true believer does not enjoy or plans to sin nevertheless he still finds himself sinning one way or the other so my write up is centered on those who on their own volition give up their salvation because they kept falling back into sins.

This factual piece is to encourage them that they should not give up,that they should realize that the holy spirrit can help them and to make them understand that even if they struggle with sins each day of their lives,there is hope for them,they can still make heaven if they dont give up their salvation because many believers are in hell today not because God rejected them but because they at one time in their lietime willingly declared themselves unfit for the kingdom because they kept falling into one sin or the other.

This truth is what the devil does not want people to know becos it will liberate them.

Being a pastor is a title and its no guaranty that you are an authority in the word.

Honestly,u deserve an applause.forget all this Holy-than-thou pastors jumping into conclusion.the hard truth is we all knw sin is bad yet we do it.and nobody can tell me that within this whole yr they didn't sin,he who says dat sorry to say is a compound fool and he/she is in a very serious DENIAL.wat they fail to understand is that you said that "A true believer never look forward to sin or enjoys it" but at one point or d other they do it.And it's that same dumb teaching that turns sum ppl away frm christianity because they think they don't deserve heaven,that they are nt meant to be christians,which happened to me but i later regained my faith by his grace and i stand to say that u are very correct.

in other words just believe, do not worry about your behaviour right? Go out and commit murder! As long as you belive in jesus, you are okay! Just wondering o!

Mind u anyone who sees that as an opportunity to sin is not a believer, let me shock u, if Shekau gives his life to Christ today he is righteous nd he will never be punished for any sin by God, it seems u underestimate the potency of the blood of Jesus nd the way it cleanses sin, jez so we ll be clear, a believer ll never think to commit murder nd if he so does he is still righteous not because of what he did or didn't do but because of what Jesus did on the cross

What you are about to read will change your life forever.

After reading this, you will be filled with indescribable peace that surpasses all human understanding because you will know for sure that you no longer have business with hell but guaranteed a place in paradise.

Some may call it heresy but that is exactly what the devil wants you to believe it is whereas it is the greatest truth GOD wants the world to know and the devil never ever wants the world to know. This is why 99% of pastors will never preach it but would rather preach the need to live a sinless life and in-fact will give us a picture of perfection in acts and thoughts as the only criteria to making heaven.

Read on:

1. Do you know that in the past before Jesus came to pay the permanent price,the Israelis which were a symbolic representation of GOD's people were commanded by GOD to make animal sacrifice for atonement of their sins?

This means whenever they fall into sins or commit sinful acts,once they sacrifice the animal, all these sins are automatically wiped off by GOD.Yes there is a sacrifice for the atonement of all sins and that's done on the Day of Atonement by the High Priest. Interestingly enough, it is a goat and not a lamb that takes the sin of all Israel out of the borders of Israel.(Leviticus 16)

2.The crucifixion of Christ on the wooden cross is a one time symbolic representation of the Animal sin offering on the wooden platform of old meaning it has taken away the sins of yesterday,today and tomorrow once and for all:

Unlike the repeated sacrifices made in the past for the cleansing of sins each year or anytime they sin,the death and resurrection of Christ has cleansed us from the sins of the past,present and that of the future.

Because the blood of bulls and rams can not take away the sins of the world.GOD sent a human lamb to take away the sins of the world.This means as long as you have accepted Christ as lord and Saviour,if you fall into sin,all you ned is to go on your kneels and ask for forgiveness Which can be likened to making animal offering to atone for any sin you commit.(Hebrews 10:4)

3. No matter how hard you try, As human beings, it is impossible to be sinless and GOD knows this.

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father--Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.(1 John 2:1)

4.Many people in hell fire today have no business been there but because they gave up their salvation making conclusions that they are no good for GOD's kingdom.

Giving your life to Christ and living a righteous life sometimes do not come automatically.It takes the work of the Holy spirit to perfect your salvation whereas accepting Jesus as lord as Saviour is a decision.

When i was young i usually get mocked when i do somethings that are not expected of a "Born again" Christian and i would have easily given up way back. This is the case of many people burning in hell today..they voluntarily gave up their salvation because they found themselves doing those things they use to do before they accepted Christ but if only they knew that all they need to do is to fight on and ask the holy spirit to perfect their salvation,they would have been made a better believer by the help of the holy spirit.

The bible says its not by power or by might but by my spirit says the lord.(Zechariah 4:6)

5. Most of the Bible heroes were not righteous by human standard.

The Bible does not attempt to conceal the foibles of the great people that adorn its pages. Abraham, Isaac, Moses, David, etc., were normal human beings. They sinned like all other offspring of Adam who have matured to a level of personal accountability (Romans 3:10, 23). Jesus Christ was the only exception (Hebrews 4:15; 1 Peter 2:22).

6. Anytime you sin,simply go on your kneels and ask GOD to forgive you in the name of JESUS(A symbol of animal sacrifice Israelis make each time they sin against GOD and you will be automatically forgiven)

This is so interesting yet very mysterious for many people to comprehend that the grace of Christ covers any sin we commit and we can always ask for forgiveness whenever we sin and the sins will be forgiven.

"Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God" (Romans 5)

7.GOD never condemns you except you condemn yourself.

Stop condemning yourself friend, 99.9% of believers will battle with one sinful habit or the other till they die.Its about trusting Jesus to forgive them each time they fall into this sinful act but the first step is to accept him as your lord and savior then ask the holy spirit to help you overcome these sinful habits and try your best to allow him.

8.A true believer does not enjoy sinful acts neither plans for it or looks forward to sinning.

Paul asks "What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase?Absolutely not ! How can we who died to sin still live in it?Or are you unaware that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we too may walk in a new way of life.(Romans 6:1-4)

He also said “if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins”(Hebrews 10:26)

CONCLUSION: The grace of GOD is not for us to enjoy sinning and continuously ask for forgiveness but its for us to live above the power of sins in our lives.

But if everyone alive today gives their lives to Jesus and hold on to their salvation no matter how hard they struggle with sins. Heaven will be a home for all.

Hope this helps

OP, I was reading your article until I got to point #4 which made me stop reading it.

FYI, there is no hell fire as we speak. That teaching of hell fire already being here is not biblical. Even the devil is not in hell fire now. He is moving to and fro the earth. If he is in hell, how is it possible for him to still be tempting people? If so, the unrighteous dead can leave hell and would decide not to go there again.
Also, the bible accounts that at Christ second coming, all eyes would see Him. If people are already in hell, how would they see Him?
Lastly, Christ would destroy this world with fire and this is the fire that would turn out to be hell.
Find your facts right.

No matter how you sin and how you fall, or make mistake, never endorse sin, cos sin is not the nature of a believer. But when a beliver consciously sin.... Does he think grace will abound. If many will run with this as believers they will end up in HELL FIRE. So please correct yourself and go and study your bible well before you come out to the public to tell people about the bible you did not authored.
Sir, with all due respect to your calling as a Pastor, I think you are the one in error in this instance or probably you didn't out of a biased mindset read through the write up to the end, then you would have seen clearly that the writer made a very good closing of the whole write up. Let us try and shed our religious Tonga for once and embrace the real truth. Thank you

This is why you see some people answering alter call every sunday and when you ask some people if they are born again they just get so confused cos to them being born gain is juxtaposed with sinlessness lol!

Once you have answered the alter call once,you are born again once and for all..the next thing is to ask the spirit of GOD to perfect your salvation..shikenah

Nice post on the front page. Can you kindly clarify with biblical verses in support of going on one's knees to ask God/Holy Spirit for forgiveness of sin just as you stated in your Facts?

If a christian goes to HELL,
then God Lied in His promises and Jesus did not die for any Sin .
But scriptures has it GOD cannot LIE and Jesus died for the Sins of the Whole world.
If Jesus paid for my Sins,then why would my Sins be charged against me..
What you should teach people as a Pastor is SPIRITUAL GROWTH and the assurance of their salvation.
Not HELL.

Hmmm. You must be perfect as your heavenly Father is. With man is impossible but with God nothing is impossible. If this your hand (beluef you just wrote down) will make go to hell cut it off. Don't be deceived. The best spiritual griwth is to stop sinning.

My friend I am in total support of ur write up.some pastors r not really called by God, so they go abt misleading people n telling them what they want 2 hear.There is no believer in life that is not battling with sin ,what is expected is that one shuld continue to depend completely in God's power n seek his face 4 forgiveness anytime he falls.no true believer will like to live in sin but because of d spiritual battle we r face with here on earth n its required God's intervention 2 overcome.

op as regarding your second point. if Christ saves your future sins then grace is license to sin. each time I see your post, I knew you have dedicated yourself to teach falsehood. you lack the foundation of teaching the world of God. the bible passage above stated clearly that Christ came for the remission of past sins.

I challenge you to point out where the Bible said clearly that He came to forgive our future and even undone sins?

" Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:"

you are also a victim of the bolded. God seeing your heart even after professing to know him has giving you up to believe vile things .

You tried. Except that nobody is burning in hell or flexing in heaven now. Even Enoch, Elijah & Moses who did not "die" like others but taken up, are NOT in heaven. Jesus said as much in John 3:13. Judgement day has not come. I don't know where people got this misconception from.
After death, you wait for judgement. When Jesus comes again. Please read your Bible carefully. Let the Holy Spirit guide you.
sir would you be kind enough as to explain this scripture? I quote "it is appointed unto man once to die and after this is judgement"

thank you.

All we need to ask for is grace. Anybody can fall no matter how holy he/she can b. Rememba jesus was tempted by satan. Dis shows satan the father of sin has no respect 4 anybody.

@bxcode. Everything you said, was on point. Op is also right. But I believe that our attention should be focused more on the reason for Christ sacrifice rather than the sin He abolished on the cross.

There are many interesting things to learn in Christ with regards to righteousness, salvation, grace etc. But when the whole attention is given to sin, the essence and beauty of salvation may be lost. But in overall, the op I supposed is concerned about the message of sin erroneously preached which instead of liberating believers and pointing them to Christ, has become a weapon used to strangulate them and keeping them in bondage.

Inasmuch as you sound innocent there is something gravely wrong with that conclusion. You cannot keep sinning simply because you can repent. What if you die before repenting. Besides Paul said we shoudnt continue to sin because grace abounds. Sinning willfully consistently can harden your conscience and as such you may go to hell.

The bottom line is this, try all your best to live holy, ask God for grace but if you fall, don't hesitate to repent and keep living holy.

thankz bae.....tell them ooo! For it iz written, ''shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid''

if therez any sinner that prayz for forgiveness after commiting any sin dies thay way, na hell straight up. God only forgives those who beg him for genuine repentance....

if you are the i am born again today, i sin tomorow type, sorry for you ooo coz if you die in that life style, heaven is not for you.

Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

op as regarding your second point. if Christ saves your future sins then grace is license to sin. each time I see your post, I knew you have dedicated yourself to teach falsehood. you lack the foundation of teaching the world of God. the bible passage above stated clearly that Christ came for the remission of past sins.

I challenge you to point out where the Bible said clearly that He came to forgive our future and even undone sins?

If Christ didn't die for future sins, then the future generations are doomed as they are not able to get their sins cleansed, Christ died over 2000 years ago nd yet his blood is still cleaning sins 2000 years after nd forever

nice one , no one is righteous we are all hustlers aiming to make heaven through the grace of the blood of Jesus christ which was shed for us on the cross,

Some are. I am.

The passage "all have sinned referred to what God saw before sending His only Son to the world.

Remember that the Bible says without holiness no man shall see the Lord.

1  But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privately shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.

 2  And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

 3  And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not, and their damnation slumbers not.

 4  For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved to judgment;

 5  And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly;

 6  And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample to those that after should live ungodly;

 7  And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

 8  (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds)

 9  The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust to the day of judgment to be punished:

 10  But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

 11  Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

 12  But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

 13  And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

 14  Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

 15  Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

 16  But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbade the madness of the prophet.

 17  These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

 18  For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage

 20  For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

 21  For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.

 22  But it is happened to them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Sir, I am a Pastor, and what you wrote or posted is heyressy. I will not and never teach this nonsense to my church. U are not spiritually matured yet bro or whoever u are. U have not understand bthe concept of SIN. Time will not permit me to elucidate more on this, cos I see u don't know homiletics ( law of scripture interpretation). Please just ask God to to forgive u for this s trash you posted, cos this is not the HolySpirit speaking through you. 2tim2:19-22, 1thesss4:3-4, Gal 5:19-21. There are many scriptures that talks about purity, Holiness and much more. Please don't derail people with this. God did not save you to keep you in sin, and for you to keep on wallowing in sin. If a pig falls into the mud it wallows, but if a sheep falls into a mud it cries out for help because its not in the nature of the sheep to wallow in d mud.
Because I don't want to be insulted, I will simply say you need to have a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit in person. Mentioning heresy and homiletics doesn't make one a better child of God. Were you not even supposed to correct a brother with love?
