I don't think so. It was not implied in his post. He's watching An 'IKS' decoder on ( which isn't IPTV) according to him, hence he wanted to be sure the PowerVU is different.

The software is different from the Avatarcam or spycam OK. Its ssu. Its white background. Check again

OK. I'll try. I'm not using qsat for it. I'm using srt 6 HD

To be honest with you, I don't really encourage people to try those satellites with 90, even with the scalar ring. That thing is a scam. Get at least 1.2m dish.

Those claiming to be getting sport24 with 90cm aren't really telling you the truth.
