Hello all, I have an urgent question. Take for example a fresh graduate who graduated 3months ago and dosent have his certificate yet, although the certificate will be ready next month (january) He applied for various jobs online and got a Genuine invite for an interview on wednesday. My question will He be asked to present his school certificate in the interview? and is there any way he can spin it? And btw am refering to myself as the third person  And compliment of the season you all. |

Simply let them know your certificate is not ready. You may tender your statement of result for the time being. |

Go with the latest statement you have and let them know when the current one will be ready. Your performance at the interview is foremost. |
