have tried every possible best don't seems to know what's wrong with my pc whenever I connect my phone (tether) it stops working I even thought it my phone not until I tried it out on my brothers laptop, please what can probably be the problem am getting really don't know if it a software of hardware issue but I normally connect my PC with my phone to browse before without any problem but now it so damn frustrating.please help gurus in the house,thanks

yoi didn't tell us if your phone is connecting to pc or not at all
you didn't tell us the mode of connection ( usb, wireless or Bluetooth)

thanks for the reply boss it wireless connection,my laptop connect for like 5 mins and disconnect from my phone hotspots while on my brother laptop the wireless network stay connected to my brother laptop. please am thinking of formatting the damn laptop.

disconnecting by itself kind of strange, but check of your network adapter is not on static ip

When did the problem start? What was the last thing you did?

Try disabling your security software temporarily, and see if everything works ok.

Try system restore to an earlier date when everything worked fine.
