My laptop freezes at the windows loading screen, I mean the blue logo on windows 8.1 and even if I try to boot from the installation CD it gets stuck at the windows logo too! I even tried windows 7, it also gets stuck at the windows is starting. Help o! I need the lappy for a job soon. |

Could be from ur hard disk or ram not properly seated. D laptop fall for ground? |
