We don't have coroners, forensic labs, etc. How does a state function without these vital apparatus?

If she was murdered, we have a murderer in our midst, which means your relative could be next.

If she was electrocuted, it also means we have a dangerous electrician in our midst and we don't know where his next shoddy job will be.
