They need to stop this rubbish of stripping people unclad. This is inhumane and wrong on so many levels and this is not an effective solution to the problem. Children are standing, looking at these two boys. And then they wonder why many of these kids start having sex at a young age or why older folks are raping kids left and right. The Nigerian society itself is the cause of many of its problems.
