. Veto power can only be exercised in refusal to sign the budget and not lording over the legislature.

This is NOT encouraging.

He is very clear about Forex. Please get it straight for the next two years. All Nigeria's foreign exchange is going to industries , defence / security and infrastructure. It is very important for you to plan your 2016 in that realisation. The black market rate will be 280 and the official rate is 198. All to the dollar. Instead of finding faults , get your head round some new realities

I think Buhari needs to take a crash course on the state of the nation after this chat.
He doesn't know a lot of things.
He has said "I don't know" to many questions and has also given a lot of vague answers.

Judiciary..Lyk seriously?

This is the correct answer. He also added.."that is why you as a citizen should get involved". This is why you have to listen. It is not the executive 's job to query national assembly expenditure. Even Obj did not try it.
