This was the most intelligent thing that Buhari said. He has no power to interfere in the finances of the legislative arm. We Nigerians however are the bosses of the Senators and Reps.

Buhari avoided the legislative arm because he knows they can impeach him but disobeyed the Judiciary because he knows that arm of government is weak against him.
