Help..My bbz10 discharges when charging,I've tried all kind of chargers including the playbook charger and the battery doesn't last 3 hrs on heavy usage, I bought a new battery,but it is still d same issue..Could it be the hardware is defective or is there something a phone engineer can do..NB:It runs on the latest OS.

Gurus in the house, what can be done to a z10 that crashed and can't be seen on PCs. Each time you insert the battery, it's only gonna on the red light without coming up.

It's probably a hardware problem.. Give to a good phone engineer to diagnose and repair...

I'm mtn person from day one but my Q5 has forced me to be using glo line bcs of its good subscripton,resulting to me using 2 phones which i dont really like. This Q10 will be for my wife and she is also mtn person but she is avoiding using 2 phones too. Thanks

Some very good Phone engineers can be able to find a work around the device and hopefully bring it back to life...

The new one should not be up to 40k just check jumia or konga... but for the used... 30 below tho... I have a white Q10 tho very clean n faultless

I just got my Q5 today and I need guide on how to use glo bbm 1000naira monthly on it. The phone is not browsing after I did glo BBM sub and the 1k has already being deducted. However, I got this message from glo now '' Welcome! BB subscription is pending activation. Pls remove and insert battery after1 hour. Helpdesk 333 would be available in 24hours. Weytin be all that coz MTN no dey do like this oooo help!!!!

BlackBerry protect on BlackBerry 10 doesn't back up your data.... use BlackBerry link program on a PC to do your back up!!!!

Protect just tracks your device location and if you are on 10.3.2.xxxx It prevents a thief from re-initializing with another bbid and taking over your device
