I don't care if they shoot, kill or maim them. I'm more concerned about the integrity of the armed forces which surpasses that colonel. he is a serving member of the army. I think the efcc should have communicated to the defence intelligence agency who will work together with the Military police to effect his arrest. He would then be court marshalled, dismissed and handed over to the EFCC for trial.

Now that he has been arrested, would he be tried by a civilian court?
