Subsidy is gone until the international price of crude increases thereby making landing cost per liter over and above #87.

His Certificate is not with the Army. The Army came and gave a well publicised press statement that they're not with Buhari's WASC Certificate through their spokesman. No counter official press statement from the Army has been given ever since.

The former regime said it wanted to remove subsidy which was rejected by Nigerians but when the opportunity presented itself in form of lower oil prices, the same government went ahead to reduce pump price thereby maintaning subsidy to score cheap political point. Now the price is such that the government doesn't have to pay subsidy hence my statement that subsidy has removed itself.
