Buhari is very smart. He was asked of 2016 budget and instead of answering the question told us of one 400 million naira that was supposed to buy him cars in 2015 which he rejected, then acted coy when he was pressed further on the 3.6 billion Naira for BMW. This way the gullible people of naija are defending him that he rejected cars last year Apart from the cars there are millions budgeted for tyres, C caution, batteries, coaster buses and all but since he himself won't drive them they don't count abi.
It's like a man caught toasting his neighbours 16 year old daughter who doesn't even have breast and to defend himself reminds you that last year the 21 year old with killer curves stood stark naked in front of him and he rejected her
