Oga neo, please recommend hatchery for me, yammfy is quite to expensive, they sell for 170

Now the price of broiler DOC has moved to 120
I will recommend MAX, Farm support or Even RTO farms are good but if u can't get them then u can also try Barchalor,AMO or HOPE

All this farms where is there location?

Ibadan but if u need the birds it can be sent to u,from ibadan birds are sent to very far places depending on ur demand even 100 pics

My dear this morning price of broiler DOC has changed its now 150 so pls call ur side to be sure they have not changed their own price u know from now till middle of next month their will be steady rise in broiler price cos of Easter booking

do you know of 'super-chicks' DOC? do you think their chicks are better than 'oba farm' DOC?

I know of super chicks but better than is what I can not gurantee because I have raised both birds and if managed well the results are very good

Bros Jos is really far for me , abeg no vex I guess obj farm is in jos Even Zarthec though I will not recommend Zarthec broilers for now

What's wrong with zarthec

Zarthec is good but u ve to always watch out for CRD cos recently they are always down with CRD but if u get it u justgive them lasota on day 7 and always repeat lasota every 3wks before sales followed with CRD drugs anytime u notice it
So the choice is urs

Am not experienced yet to broad from day old, this is the second time I would be rasing chickens

Ok its a gradual process maybe later u can practise with a few no especially when the price of day old is low

I will honestly advise you to start with few DOC, I started with 40 DOC broiler with no experience but with help of neo I was able to scale through my birds are 5wks 2days and weighing 2kg and 2.5kg respectively, will be stocking 100 or 150 tomorrow. Thanks neo for your support

Its always good to learn with DOC from practise one becomes perfect

is it save to start vaccinating broilers at day 2?

for example if they arrive on a monday, then i will give them gumboro on wednesday evening. i don't if it is gonna work that way.

No its not the best already in the hatchery Io vaccines are adminstered to the birds so on day 7 ucan give lasota the next day u give them vitamin then on day 10 u give them Gumboro, then repeat the gumboro on day 17 and lasota on day 24
