Quite a number of times, owners don't show any signs of wanting to sell but you have to propose to such owners. However, I'll see what I can do. I know of a water company that doesn't seem to be doing so well at least in Sagamu. They have branches in Lagos and Ibadan. we could try a takeover. But like I said, I'll look around closely.

You cant get to see owners of such on Nairaland. Its definitely going to be through a third party, when the person links you directly or not, the owner will definitely factor the third party commission in the transaction. Its rare you see a direct transaction of sort unless you know the exact owner..
