Hi, I want to thank you for your help, my issue has been resolved today, I got a call this morning from your colleague asking me to come to their office which I did, but when I got to the Carlcare office, the crowd there was quite discouraging and I even thought of going back and come back the next day but I called the guy that called me in the morning and he attended to me immediately, he took my phone and asked some questions about rooting my phone and that and then he resolved my issue which was porting my android one to the infinix rom and I am loving it. It beats the Android one rom hands down with more features like font changer etc
Once again thank u for your help, u are doing a great job, and this is actually my first experience with infinix, and congratulations u guys just won yourself a loyal customer. Thanks for the nice customer service and I promise to spread the word about u guys

After entering factory mode, use volume keys to choose "eMMC", then press power button. If it doesn't work, you can take your phone, along with your receipt and warranty card, to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our colleagues to check it for you. This phone has more bugs in it than the Amazon forest. You know a phone is bad when you have to replace its rom for it to work to taste. I would rather settle for a one gig ram phone that has no hassle than have one with 2 gig ram sized bugs. I know for sure this thread will be awash with "infinix hot 2 for sale" immediately another cheap 2 gig ram device surfaces.
