Dear Nairalanders, I'm sure we all have accounts in banks all over the country and quite a number of us use the mobile banking app for convenience purposes in transacting
we all have at a point in time be 'wowed' or disappointed, & I'm sure there are something's we will like to have on our mobile banking app that are absent.

Please I will like you to assist me with this not so tasking but mind draining assignment with why you think your bank's app is good and additional features you will like to have on your app.

NB : Matured responses please and no insults

Thank

I have the following mobile banking app and rate them in the following order

1. Diamond Bank
2. Zenith Bank
3. GTBank

Diamond Bank though it helped keep me away from their banking hall through their transfer module, they are not to be relied upon as they can decide to go haywire without notice.

GTBank app lost their respect in me when they started asking for token verification for transfers to be effected.

Zenith Bank, I couldn't be bothered to activate mobile bank module. I'm OK with their under utilized Mobile Money module which I activated.

Used it for bank to bank transfer and they charge you + VAT and COT way more than other banks I use do for NIP transfers. They can be relied on though.

Funnily enough, all three app seem to have same features such that I suspected one company built for all the banks grin
