swagaholic:Re-read my article and you will understand its focus. To help you, it was focussed on the capital budget, the crude price benchmark and the deficit financing aspect of it. Besides, no one had the components (the full detail) of the budget by then. Learn how to put things in perspective. |

If there is one thing i know about Tinubu's media outlet, TVC and the nation, they are not APC extremists, something very rare amongst all the biased media outlets, i listen and read their shows and publications, and i am always impressed. |

I hope we have not been scammed. There is no excuse for this in a country's budget. Saying it was a shoddy job is scary. Saying it was deliberate would be scarier. How some Buharis so called body language did not ooze on this Budger? The previous budget was about 4 trillion including capex and opex. Now we are at 6 trillion and recurrent jumped to 4 trillion (the total of the previous budget). With a man preaching change and merging agencies, how in the world did recurrent rise by so much? I thought the increasr would have gone into capital with recurrent even dropping further. Oh well, the more we look ..... |

I responded in a familiar fashion yesterday but as if i was preempting the news outcome today! Whichever we look at it; a few in governance are their to smear the last administration. Yet they still get beating in all spheres name it; Economy Blueprint, Power, Petroleum Upstream and Downstream policy, Agriculture, Education, Petroleum availability and pricing at lest for now to be fair with this government. |

...Looks like the budget is for "The Presidency and High-ranking politicians" Instead of for the country. Nigerian politicians are more interested in providing luxury(which they NEVER make use of) for themselves |

I remember the nation refunding some millions back to the govt., could that be the reason why they are attacking the govts financial spendings? I'm just asking, cos I'm confused. |

Rad1cal:Obviously you are far less than a kid at this rate. To think you will come up with some intelligent critique of the budget to make the debate interesting, no you dare not, when such is far beyond your comprehension. Demonic budget! hmn....... is that supposed to be a rational summation? |
| Re: The Nation Newspaper Attacks Buhari's Budget by Rad1cal: 9:30pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
mapet:Shut your shameless mouth . Your God increased their budgetary expenses by nearly 200% relative to 2015 in a period they are screaming austerity measures for the masses, yet Aisha Rice-tivist like you are seeking to put foot in mouth all in a bid to defend the indefensible. What if the budget is passed as they were, will your pretentious God not utilize budget it. |
| Re: The Nation Newspaper Attacks Buhari's Budget by mapet: 10:16pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
Rad1cal:Ok I see that an irritant rat like you tries to make attempt not to be a retaard. May be you should ask anyone with an iota of basic intelligence where you live, if there's anything wrong in increasing the budgetary expenses by 200%.....and in a period they are screaming austerity measure......... Honestly your idiocy has no alternative. You argue like an empty brained insect. So you do not know that budgets are based on strategic imperative, and in this case a departure to non-oil revenue alternatives and accelerated infrastructure development? You obviously do not even know what a budget is....... I have told you that you do not have the capacity to analyse the budget. You're aiming too high to even start from the bottom. |
| Re: The Nation Newspaper Attacks Buhari's Budget by Rad1cal: 10:25pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
mapet:Zombies are never smart enough to know when to shut up. Now justify: the use of N189 million for tyres N27 million for C-Caution triangles, fire-extinguishers and cables is to cost N27m. N30m for the purchase of tool boxes, car jacks, and diagnostic machines for the Presidency’s bulletproof cars. N764+ for recreational activities. N39.8m for the purchase of an unspecified number of 200 amps, 100 amps and 60 amps Mercedes Benz batteries for bulletproof vehicles N3.6 billion for BMW cars. and a host of terrible figures loaded on that Budget of fraud. Tell us how they are based on strategic imperative, and in this case a departure to non-oil revenue alternatives and accelerated infrastructure development? You obviously do not even know what a budget is....... You are indeed a shameless man only fit for the sewers |
| Re: The Nation Newspaper Attacks Buhari's Budget by mapet: 11:07pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
Rad1cal:1. Clap for yourself. The nonsense you lifted from wazobiareporters now becomes your forte? you are simply a "dordos" 2. Unfortunately when dafties like you get to see numbers, you're overwhelmed and utterly confused. But let me humour you a bit. You are so empty to be looking for the strategic imperative in C-caution and stuffs, when the documents actually paints the big picture. Of course you will not understand it even if it is used to smack your empty barrel-head. From C cautions to cables to cars and what have you are just details of a wholesome........... I am careful not to come to a baseless conclusion on that since we are not aware of the details, magnitude and volume. 4. So let's see demonic budget as you call it. A budget that for this first time as in a long while allocate more to CAPEX, Works, Power and Housing – N433.4 billion; Transport – N202.0 billion; Special Intervention Programs – N200.0 billion; all these more than the traditional Defence – N134.6 billion, which used to command the highest allocation, anshows the strategic imperative and drift of the government, on rapid infrastructure drive and diversification of the economy. Where expected revenue from other sources drowns that of Oil should tell you something about the drift and diversification intent But to what do I know about your jaundiced understanding of budget? I am tempted to think I am discussing with a beer-parlour analyst |

mapet:Clap for yourself shameless liar. One of the most outstanding State House spending in 2016 will be the purchase of BMW saloon cars at N3.63 billion. It is not clear yet what purpose the cars would serve.http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/195903-buhari-to-spend-more-than-jonathan-on-presidential-villa-to-spend-less-on-food.html Does this look like wazobiareporters zombie ? mapet:Pure hogwash.
