Poverty may not necessarily be the primary reason, we have do many armed robbers at the states that could have basic needs taken care of by government still they steal. It is mind set and up bringing.

very minute cases.
many poor people breed, and hardly take care of them, they clearly do not have the capability to take care of such kids, but stupidly and wickedly believe it is God who will take care of the kids. Many drop out of school because they cant afford school fees, some because they can give way to one or more of their siblings that the family income can send to school. Why play pool with Gods heritage? Why test God stupidly?
